Can I make changes after I place an order?

No. Once your order is placed, no changes can be made once it is in production.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you place your order and alert us within 1 hr (no exceptions), we are happy to cancel your order.

After an hour, there are no refunds for wrong orders. Once the order enters production, your order cannot be stopped or canceled.

Do you offer any customization?

Yes, on select products. Those coasters will be listed as customizable.

Can I order in large quantities?

You can order in quantities of 4, 8, 12. If you require more than 12 coasters, please contact us for large orders.

Can I clean my coaster?

Gently wipe the dirt or dust off with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.

What is the size of your Coasters?

Sizes: 3.75″ X 3.75″ (Square) and 4" X 4" (Round).

DOES CA Coasters COLLECT SALES TAX?

We are required to charge sales tax in certain states. CA Coasters charges all applicable sales taxes based on an order's shipping address.

What is your shipping policy?

Coasters: All coasters and car coasters are shipped within 2-4 business days after processing.

Bottle Openers: All bottle openers are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing.

Shot Glasses: All bottle openers are shipped within 3-5 business days after processing.

What do you charge for Shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping up to $85.00. Shipping is free on all orders over $85.00.

Flat Fee U.S. ground shipping: With current transit delays, your Coasters are estimated to arrive within 2 to 4 business days after processing.  

Expedited Shipping: We charge $44, and you should expect your Drink Coasters to arrive within 2 to 3 business days. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you offer 1-2 day shipping?

Yes, we can ship items withing 1-2 days only for an additional fee of $44. Add the items to your cart to see the total price for your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as the order is sent. Your order might see various stops along the transit route, but rest assured that your package is making its way to you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

CA Coasters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

ARE THERE SHIPPING DELAYS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON?

We experience transit delays during the holidays. We recommend you plan your shopping experience ahead of time to ensure your gifts arrive before Christmas.

Do you ship to Canada?

No. We ship in the USA only.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, not at this time. We only ship to the USA only.

DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS

I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT, WHAT DO I DO?

No problem. Reach out to sonia@cacoasters.com with the code within 1 hour after placing the order and the promo code you meant to use, and we will retroactively apply it to your order. There is no need to cancel your order.

CAN I BUY COASTERS AS A GIFT or in Bulk?

Absolutely! If you are looking to buy for a large group such as a bridal party, book club, corporate event, or similar, please email us at sonia@cacoasters.com and tell us what you are planning and how many, and we’ll be happy to extend our group discount rate.

WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay.

Can I pay with Venmo?

Yes, via your mobile phone only. You must purchase via your cell phone to use the Venmo payment option.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Your card will be charged when you place your order.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes, CA Coasters is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts that handle credit and debit card information. We are committed to providing you with a safe shopping environment.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information read our entire Refund Policy here.
